Each and every initial email to the addresses that I got from other sites and the profiles on the Russ Whitney/WIA/WEG/TIGRENT LEARNING Board asked if i could send them informational advertisements about the properties that I had under Contract; if they answered "yes" I put their name and email address in a Category-Grouping of my email editor address book... 45 to a grouping (Investors 1, Investors 2, Investors 3, and so on. I now am up to Investors 137 - that's 6,165 Investors in my database, and the 3,000+ that are part of our R.E. Wholesaling Tutorial.

I began by sending emails, requesting permission to send emails with advertisements of the properties I had under Contract, to others from my classes and to others with complete profiles on the board, and to other "Groups" I had joined..

Each and every one of those emails also requested that the recipient forward it to their database of Investor/Buyers...

because I had really, really good Discounted DEALS! to offer.

An early hint: There is no such thing as a Successful Real Estate

Investor that doesn’t “Network”!

After you sign in to the board...

Click on the word "Settings" between the words "Help" and "Logout"... way up there in the top-right of the window for whichever forum you choose;

Click on "Edit Profile" on the left-hand side of the next window; Edit/Complete your Profile --- you should at least have your name, your e-mail address and your location in your Profile (instant messaging links are optional);

Scroll down to "Forum Preferences" and click "Yes" on all four radio buttons;

Now click the "Update Profile" button.

You can also add a "Signature" message that will be on every one of your posts.

If you did the above you are now "A Networking Real Estate Investor"... on your way to Success.

Please get to know your way around the board by clicking here and clicking there;

click on the various Posters' Profile buttons and their ‘Search’ buttons at the bottom of each post.

Get used to using their ‘Search’ buttons at the bottom of their post to see what else they have posted previously... maybe it is valuable info for you.
